Joe,
I would contact Bernie McClenny, W3UR. He does the Dailydx.

Also try Carl Smith, N4AA, he does the DX Magazine & QRZ DX.

Both of them probably can help you.

05/24/2004 11:50 [Dxbase] Need some help on the
PM Russian (current and former) CQ and
ITU Zones
To all,
If anyone is really an expert on the former and current Russian
callsigns - with respect to their CQ and ITU Zones -- I would sure
like to correspond with you..
I have found many good websites on the Internet -- and would like
to "validate" what I have seen with someone else's info .. I am
looking for a "very detailed" listing of all of the Russian areas.
Tnx in advance!!
