[Dxbase] "Native" Orion control in DXBase 2005?

Tom,
I am running an Orion with Dxbase 2005. Dxbase 2005 directly communicates
with the Orion. That is, Dxb does not emulate the Pegasus when using the
Orion. I can't comment on the Dxb/Orion ascii cw mode; to the best of my
knowledge it doesn't.
Dxb2005 implements the following three keyboard CW modes: 1) the normal
'Internal Dxbase keyer that has been in past versions, 2) W5XD
Multiport++External Board, and 3) K1EL Winkey External Board.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Dxbase] "Native" Orion control in DXBase 2005?
Does DXBase 2005 interface with the Ten-Tec Orion directly or does it still
treat it like a Pegasus saving the info to a file for another program like
N4PY's Orion control program to then pass along to the Orion?
Does it support keyboard CW using the Orion ascii cw mode (If I understand
the software development notes that's a cool Ten-Tec feature).?
