[Dxbase] Upgrading from 2004 to 2005

Hello All..

I just recently loaded DXbase 2005 to a new folder.  Immediately, I lost all
the entries from my Hosts file and was replaced with all the default nodes.

In addition, my settings from 2004 are not carried over to 2005, such as
field order in the log, screen layouts, etc. 

Which files should I bring over from the 2004 to 2005 folder to retain all
the old setting??

Also, has any experienced anything unexpected that I should be aware of
during the conversion??
