[Dxbase] LOTW submission filters.

Hello to all:

I am new to the DxBase reflector so I apologize if this has been covered before...

I would like to export an adif file for LOTW submission.  I have never submitted a log to LOTW, nor have I submitted anything to the ARRL for DXCC credit before.  What "QSO filters" (if any) should I have checked in the selection wizard dialog box?  Please advise.
