[Dxbase] LoTW Download Problem Resolved

     Thanks for all the input guys.  Firebrick got me in the right area but the ADVANCED tab didn't show on mine. Probably in the setup again.  
       I went to Windows Explorer:   Tools  \  Folder Options  \  General   \  Custom, based on settings you choose  \  Settings  \  View Web content in folders  \   Only for folders where I select "as Web Page" (View Menu)           Now in LoTW after entering my info and clicking on Download Report  I get a "File Download" menu where I can specify the path for my .adi file.  DXB2005 import likes it and everything is great.
