[Dxbase] LoTW Download Report

      Hey George and Tom
      Thanks for the replies.  I'm running Win98SE and had wondered about settings causing this.  I got KT4AC to check it on his computer (also running 98) and he had the same results so at that point I ASSUMED - that word got me again. 
        Does anyone know where to change the settings in W98SE for this 'downloading as a Web page' problem?
