[DXBase] Changing label descriptions

Stokley,

When you go to SAVE the new/updated label file - do a SAVE AS
not just a SAVE -- then in that SAVE AS window - in the very
lower part -- you will see an area called "Description" -- you
just delete what is already there - and type-in what you want.
