[DXBase] AllTimeNew reports are updated DXBase2004 - Joe wa6axe

To all:

I have updated the "3" ALL-TIME-NEW report files - so that you
can choose what SORT method you want to see in the final report.
And, each report now "shows" what your Date selections and
Sort selection were.

For those who downloaded one or more of the above reports, here
