Bob,

Yes - you asked that question on May 16th and here are the words
we exchanged:

Bob,

The thinking here is that the SENT Date "only" is to relate to
a true QSL Card -- there is the LoTW rcvd Date (filled-in while
you are doing the ARRL LoTW adi import file) -- BUT, Jack wants to
leave the SENT Date as the TRUE QSL Card sent date..
