The QSO number solution in DXB2005 is terrific.  I had to trash the
initial list last April and reproduce the whole application BY HAND to
comply with the instructions!  Yeehah for Joe G.

You could be right in that a Field Checker has some leeway in how he
checks.
The official word from DXCC desk is that the form is required and
instructions thereon be
followed if cards are field checked.
