[Dxbase] Importing LoTW IOTA data

I am continuing to sift thru the QSL info I've downloaded from LoTW.  In
this particular case, the IOTA data in the LoTW QSO Detail (reproduced
below) does not seem to have updated my blank IOTA field in Dxbase.
Curiously, the grid square data was imported from LoTW into Dxbase
correctly.

I am using Dxbase 2005.
