[Dxbase] Cell colors

Hi George,

Changing colors in DXBase can be challenging but what you want to do is
easy.  Just uncheck the boxes in Valid and this box will appear RED.  Also
if you use selection Wizard to sellect your QSO to send QSLs to check the
box Valid DXCC in the filters section and your NLI QSO will not be included.
Think about it.  If it's not in the log it's not valid for DXCC.

BTW I also uncheck the Valid boxes for maritime mobil QSOs, but I send for
these cards anyway because they can be a real supprize when they come.
