[Dxbase] How to paste a callsign in the DXB qso window

Gee Guys, I'm sorry. My memory failed me. I could swear that I had done
that before but I guess not. It definitely does not work from other
software to DXbase. Control-C does work from DXBase to other software.
Control-V works from within DXBase but not externally.
