[DXBase] CW Keying

There are two ways to perform CW from within DXbase:
1.  Using a serial port in conjunction with the schematic in the help file.
2.  With the external board made by Writelog. ( the preferred method )

I am not familiar with Rigblaster/CW capabilities and not sure you can do CW
from DXbase into this device.
