I'm sorry I can't help with the RigBlaster hookup.
But.....I think I remember someone saying there is a jumper situation inside the RB which
is specific to the rig being used.

Can you make the rig send cw just using a keyer or paddle?
Two wires connected to a phono plug will tell you if your getting close.
You didn't say what kind of a rig either.

I vaguely remember that if your using a yaesu ft1000 series you have to follow the wiring
of the key plug carefully.
I remember there being some difference about their connections.
