[DXBase] 100% cpu fix?

I'm sure you were dreaming. and it was a pleasant dream.
email Jack and they will provide the fix.

I've got it and it cures the problem.
Turns out MS finally found a teeny glitch in their driver that was the culprit.

Bad thing is while it cures the cpu problem, .... the fix makes your hair fall out, your
waistline expand, and your memory vanish.
at least that's what it did to me.
