[DXBase] Feedback from Joe WA6AXE - on that IOTA report problem

To all,

This one is absolutely weird and baffling - but, we got it
solved.. At exactly 0943Z today (4:43pm ET), I uploaded a
new ZIP file to the website..

Here is what appears to have been happening - and why it is
this way - I sure don't know...

For the USA users, the two IOTA files in question worked all OK.
But, the 2 European users "could NOT" execute the original files
with erroring out.. I sure didn't think that there was a difference
between Windows XP USA versus Europe!! Hi!

So, I altered the two IOTA report files and have confirmed that
they BOTH NOW work all OK in Europe and USA!!

I have added the newest versions to the big zip file at the website.
And, for the people who would like "just" the files in question
(the 2 IOTA files - and the newest Rptdesc.ini file (it was altered
also)) -- I would be happy to email you just those 3 files.. But, from
what we can see, the USA users shud be all ok with the old version.

This one really has me seeing bats-in-the-bellfry!! LOL!!
