[DXBase] LoTW Rumor

I been hearing rumors that LoTW will start accepting and crediting qsl's obtained via LoTW
around Feb. 15.

The new DXCC application form which is downloadable from the ARRL has a box to check if
you want them to also check and accept LoTW credits.

Even though I have a fairly good challenge total, I've picked up over 20 new band/mode
qsl's on LoTW.
And it didn't cost me cards, stamps, envelopes etc.
Sure wish they had started LoTW long ago, I'd have saved enough money to be able to buy
Fancy Feast instead of the house brand cat food.
