[DXBase] Ft-857

I've got it to work... sometimes... It seems that there is something that
causes it to stop working periodically.  I'm still messing with different
programs/cables/settings to find the best...

If anyone else is 100% successful, let me know..

I just picked up DXBase today and I haven't had much luck with getting
my FT-857 to work with it. Does anyone have the secret mumbo jumbo for
the Radios.ini so I can get it working?
