[DXBase] lotw.

Hi I have not been keeping up with the lotw info in regards to dxbase =
2003. I am now in that part of my life that I world like to put my logs =
into lotw. I have some of the info from arrl. but really know where to =
start. such as converting my logs properly to forward to arrl. are there =
any archives that I can refer to       many thanks Jim N4ZY
