[DXBase] DXbase 2003 to 2004 - Files to copy?

Hi Stokley,

I remember a thread on this when 2004 came out.
Too many changes and new fields so you have to set
up DXB2004 all over again.  Hey, don't shoot the
messenger, besides that callsign below has NRA in
it for a reason :^)
