[DXBase] Email trouble

Folks,
We sincerely regret that we are experiencing severe email problems at our
location. The problem appears to be with the email servers at BellSouth,
our ISP. The problems manifest themselves in many ways:
1. Person sending us an email gets a reject about transient errors.
2. The email does not result in any error, but it never gets to us.
3. The email does not result in any error, but it takes many hours or days
to reach us.
We have taken steps to escalate this matter and if it is not corrected soon,
we will switch ISPs. We regret the inconvenience some customers are having
due to this problem.
