[DXBase] Report from Joe wa6axe - you guys are good! Corrections have been posted

You guys are good at Beta Testing!!

There was an error in  dxccchal_2a.rpt  -- in that the report
did not handle the final listing correctly .. I have corrected
that error and placed a NEW  dxccchal_2a.rpt  file into the
all-in-one ZIP file..

Also, on the   dxccchal_3a.rpt   report,  the BAND column was
showing the   "  .00 "  -- such as  80.00   vice just  80 -- I
have corrected that also and placed a NEW   dxccchal_3a.rpt file
into the all-in-one  ZIP file..

TNX for keeping me on-my-toes!!  Without that kind of proofing,
the reports might not be very useful to anyone!
