[DXBase] How do you export to cabrillo for SKN ARRL contest

Dunno 'bout that.  I do know that when I did my initial LoTW submission, I
failed to let DXbase set the "QSLS" to "LoTW".  I used Access 2000 as
described earlier to correct this oversight by using Find and Replace.  I
selected the entire column and changed "0" to "2" and "1" to "3".  So "No"
got changed to "LoTW" and "Card" got changed to "Both."
