[DXBase] DXCC Challenge Reports

Thanks Joe for the DXCC Challenge Reports.  The reports finally allow =
those
who are chasing the Award get a complete handle on seeing where they =
stand,
and which QSL's need to be resubmitted.  The QSL information is =
invaluable
and makes it easy to fill out the needed cards.  Thanks again for a job =
well
done.  I'm sure Jack and company will include them in their next version =
of
Dxbase 2005.

Commendation
Medal awarded for your efforts.
