[DXBase] How do you export to cabrillo for SKN ARRL contest

[1] Can anyone give be the step-by-step procedure to submit Straight Key =
Night Log in DX-base 2003 to the ARRL in their required "Cabrillo" =
format. I am at complete loss.=20


[2] Is there a way to cut & past log records in DX-base 2003 into MS =
WORD or Excell?
