[DXBase] USB to serial port recommendations

Many of the people on the Writelog reflector have reported success with the latest Belkin
usb to serial adapter.
They usually will work for rig control, cw, antennas etc.
But a lot of adapters balk at working with rtty/fsk.
They are incapable of sending 5 bit code.

This gentleman hopes to have a rig specific usb->serial adapter available soon.
