[DXBase] TS2000 - DXBase 2004 problems

I upgraded from 2003 to 2004 the other day.  when I try to move the =
radio to a spot frequency, I get the "HF radio failed to respond..." =
message.  I click no, it comes again.  I click no again and the radio =
moves to the new frequency.  this is consistent.=20

In addition, it does not seem able to read the radio frequency when I =
try to spot.

com settings are com1, 9600, 8N1.  radio is consistent.

DXBase 2003 works just fine.
