[DXBase] Deleted Ccountrys

Run across some old contacts that were never entered into the log... Now =
question is how do I put them in as they are deleted countries - ZE1 =
Rhodesia....... I see no reference to Rhodesia in the Countries data and =
id I put the entry in ( ZE1DL from May of 1979 it comes up as England. =
Thought it would be easy enough to go in and just indicated that this =
was ZE1 and was at that time Rhodesia but again no reference to ZE1 as =
Rhodesia... Need some guidance on this one..
