[DXBase] CW send-receive

I use MRP40 to send and receive CW.  As well as CT and DXbase to send.
This past weekend I used the windows version of CT during the CW contest.
It worked well.
MRP40 is the best program I have found so far to receive CW. I have not
tied MixW or CWGET yet.
