[DXBase] a further funny with the dual monitors

I also find that I can't open any of the popups such as in MODE, to select a different
mode.
I can click on it, it just doesn't open.
None of the other fields that have selections works either.

This has to be something with the monitor software, But none of my other programs exhibit
this behavior.

Strange.
