[Dxbase] Problem running reports... and with printing

Hi,
As a new user of DXBase I find the program very nice, but I'm still
having a few problems.  Know it's probably a PEBCAK problem, but....

the first is when I try to run ANY report, I'm getting file not found
errors being thrown by the Crystal Reports Module (Crystal reports -
the bane of many a programmer)

for instance when trying to run the report 
alltimenewband_nw_cfmd.rpt

I get

Error Opening File

File could not be found "DXCCTAB", at file location "DXCCTAB"

another example is when I try to run my DXCC awards report I get 98
entries, but when I try to view the report by clicking on QSO Form I
get:

Error opening file.

File could not be opened: "DXCCFORM",at file location h:\Program
Files\Scientific Solutions\DXbase 2005\KG2V


The other "Minor" problem is when I try to print QSL labels it comes
up as "73 DE YOURCALL"
