[Dxbase] DXBase Log Export

I am dissapointed to learn that the DXBase adif export function through
Wizard does not include DXCC prefix.  What is does include that is labeled
prefix is really WPX.  No wonder I've been having such trouble when trying
to covert to other programs.

Does anyone know how to create an export adif file, including DXCC prefixes
and not including deleated countries?
