Gary, Just for the heck of it - I renamed my own Dxbase2003.ini file to something else -- and VOILA!! I also get the SAME window that you did.. So, yes - your 2003.ini file is gone or has been corrupted.. Reinstall your 2003. 73 Joe wa6axe
