[DXBase] LoTW Awards module is going online

Use DXBase to create your files for easy update to LoTW.
The LoTW Awards feature is going online Monday (unless a disaster happens)

It costs nothing to submit your logs. You don't even have to be a ARRL member.
And if your into Awards, (which is why we use DXB, for its awards tracking features), this
is the cheapest way to go.
CQ and RSGB awards will be taking part also.
