What exactly does this mean:

"... In the case where a "new" record appears in your LoTW import file,
it will be added as a new record in your log."

How can a "new" record appear in a LoTW import file?  I thought every
single record in a LoTW file was, by definition, a confirming match of
an existing record in my log that I previously uploaded to LoTW, so how
can a record be "new" to me when I import a LoTW adif file?

The new feature of handling multiple QSO's on a single QSL card for DXCC
applications is very neat!
