[DXBase] QSL Via field - part 2

Upon further review...

Just found the following in the Import Help file under Determining Field =
Values -

"9.  The QSL Via field will be automatically set to Bureau in the target =
database."

Soooo, apparently this is a case of pilot error.  The problem is the =
pilot doesn't know what he screwed up or how to unscrew it!
