Thanks for sharing your opinion.

But I think you missed my point.

I'm not talking about whose responsibility it is to listen. I agree that
listening is very
important part of DXing. I'm simply saying that if the DX OP says where
he/she is listening, the
KC cops don't get on the DX freq and cause a lot of QRM.

It might seem clever to not tell people where you're listening, but it
really causes a mess on the
DX freq.
