[DXBase] DXBase, LoTW and SATs

Hello all,

LoTW requires two fields for satellite contacts. DXBase supplies one, the
satellite name but not the propagation mode. I had to edit the  DXBase adi
file to include the following field for each satellite contact. "<PROP_MODE:
3> SAT"

Perhaps DXBase needs a new field for  propagation mode: SAT,E, F2, AU, TE
and others.
