[DXBase] one funny glitch with LoTW

The ARRL site is the ONLY site I experience this with.

clicking on buttons at normal speed causes the page to not be accessed.

In other words.
Say I get to the Log In page.
I enter my Username and my password.
If I click on the 'Log On' button/box at the normal speed of a double click,
the screen changes to a "Page not found" screen.

I have to click VERY slowly.

The LoTW site is the ONLY site I've visited that exhibits this strange
behavior.

At first I just assumed that the ARRL server was busy.

Anyone else see this anomaly?
