Hi all,
I'll describe my system and then ask my question. I'm new to DXBase.
HF Radios FT-1000D and FT-1000-MP5
VHF 2 Meter FM transciever for reveiving my =
packet cluster
TNC AEA PK-900
Sound Card device RIG Blaster Pro
I have DXBase set up and working with both HF Radios and the TNC and a =
YEASU rotator. I get the dx spots in the VHF Packet window and when I =
click on one the radio will QSY and I can aim the rotor to the right =
heading. That part is great. By the way, is there a way to have DXBase =
turn the rotor when it QSYs the radio without my having to click the =
rotor button?
What I want to know if I can do, is to use RIG Blaster Pro for all othe =
functions; RTTY, HF packet, etc. and have DXBase work with it also. I'm =
somewhat confused about what is controlling what and am rapidly getting =
frustrated.
I probably didn't provide enough info, but I could use some help in =
making DXBase work with the RIG Blaster (if that's even possible). I =
have a disk that comes with the RIG Blaster but I'd like to use the same =
logging and control program for everything.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
George, NY2O
