[DXBase] anybody ever see a ... LoTW process

Follow up on the LoTW ADIF report import process:

In addition to loading the LoTW ADIF download QSL file into a clean 
database, I also tried to import this file into my regular log.  The ADIF 
file had 2816 QSO records representing "QSLs" resulting from the LoTW 
matching process.

The import process produced 2816 Errors as duplicate records.  There were 
127 Warnings that turned out to be the VE province warning when ADIF 
labeled it as a "State".

Good news!!  There were NO RECORDS IMPORTED because they were all 
duplicates.  That means there were absolutely no time discrepancies in the 
ARRL reported log "QSL" and my original log as submitted to LoTW using the 
DXBase 2004 selection process.

According to the LoTW web site, my QSL total as of tonight is 2887 for log 
submissions from 1998 to the end of September 2003.  I am confident that a 
simple update of the CFM status to "LoTW" for a special ADIF import process 
to my existing log would serve to be able to use DXBase 2004 to process 
DXCC and WAS award submissions when the LoTW credit is permitted.
