[DXBase] Numeric Statistics and LoTW

I've upload 27K plus QSO's from DxBase to LoTW and updated the QSL sent
field. I've also entered confirmation from about 200 QSL's from LoTW into
DxBase.

After that was done I wondered if the Numeric Statistics would count the
LoTW confirmations along with those confirmed the old fashioned way.  I
couldn't find anything in the help files that said one way or the other.

I know the awards application generators in DxBase allow choosing to use
LoTW or not.  It's probably going to be a long time, if ever, before
non-ARRL awards use the LoTW. It would be nice to be able to see what was
confirmed which way in the Numeric Statistics.
