[DXBase] How to run a report?

I would like to know how to run a report that will show what i have pt in 
the Spec1/spec2 field.
I have looked and tried but can not get it to work.I only have 3 entries in 
there now but before
I put any more in I want to know if this can be done or do I need to do 
something else.
