[DXBase] Special QSL card for DXBase 2004 by Joe WA6AXE

To all:

For those who might want to put the DX Station's info -- such
as his Continent, Country Name, and IOTA Number/Name -- I have
post to my website, a QSL Card (1 QSO per card) that prints out
(automatically) the Station's info ...

As with all of the projects that are made for display, this is
only a sample of what could be made, and, your own format/design
can be accomplished by going into the label designer module and
modifying the location(s) of any of the fields.
