[DXBase] replying to SWL cards

Bill,

When I made that SWL only label, it was meant to do 1 label at a time.
Sri!!

BUT, what you can do, is to just hit "OK for ALL" (without putting
anything into that space) - and the labels will print out all ok -
the QSL Buro info will just not be there - but all the other info
will..
