A upcoming dxpedition to these rare entities requires you map these
callsigns so DXB will recognize TO4E and TO4WW as Juan de Nova and Europa.

I usually do it the quick and dirty way.
Enter each callsign in your log. DXB will detect them as France.
Go to the Prefix column and scroll through the choices till you find the
FR/J choice.
click on that and then save that entry by clicking on a new log entry line.
A popup will ask if you wish to map this callsign to Juan de Nova/Europa.
Say yes.
Repeat for the other callsign.

Now just highlight each log entry line by clicking in the box in the first
column.
Then hit F7 and you will be asked to confirm your desire to delete the log
entry.

TO4E will be the NON CONTEST callsign and TO4WW will be the Contest
Callsign.
Both are Juan de Nova/Europa.
Just in case you didn't know, both islands count as the same entity as they
are not far apart.

Now you may ask why they have TO as a prefix.
A friend, who was in Paris, went and requested a callsign for his upcoming
Miquolon operations. He said he was issued a TO prefix.
When he asked why he got that instead of the normal Miquolon prefix, he was
told that the top book on the pile was for TO and that's the way the late
night cleaning person left the books and he wasn't going to sort through the
books till he found the correct one.
No changes, no corrections allowed. LOL
