[DXBase] Joe, how bout a LoTW Report?

I'm having to update my DXB log listing who has qsl'ed via LoTW by hand..
It will be easier when DXB makes this automatic.

But for now:
How bout a report that lists the number, band, mode of qso's that were
qsl'ed via Lotw or Both?
