[DXBase] DXBase ADIF Export Problem

Tony,
It says the ARRL provided the list as of whatever date it was ( many years
ago). It does not say the ARRL maintains keeping it updated for ADIF.
Sorry....
And in any case, as I said, it is not supported by us or very many others
either.
