[DXBase] W5XD Keyer Doesn't Send CW

The W5XD keyer works with Writelog. It doesn't work with DXBase. I have
deactivated Radio 1, so only the CW setting is using COM1. The paddles work.
When I click on a CW button DXBase locks up and eventually I get a "Program
Not Responding" message.
